Human editorial judgment
Editorial ratings and favorites are assigned by people who evaluate the tool’s practical value. Vendors cannot purchase a rating, favorite designation, or Arena rank.
Testing and sourcing
Reviews should identify the plan tested, testing date, use case, pricing date, important limitations, and the criteria used to reach a conclusion. Factual claims should link to a primary source when available.
Affiliate links and sponsorships
Some outbound links can earn a commission. The site displays a general advertiser disclosure, and paid placements are specifically labeled “Sponsored.” Commercial relationships never alter Arena data.
Rankings
Arena rankings are attributed to Arena and its licensed dataset. We do not change, reorder, or suppress model results to benefit an advertiser.
Corrections and conflicts
Material errors are corrected promptly. Authors and editors must disclose a financial, employment, or close personal relationship that could affect coverage. Use the Contact form to request a correction.
Responsible use of AI
AI may help with research organization, transcription, or drafting, but a human editor remains responsible for verification, originality, clarity, disclosure, and publication.
